Begin your day with a visit to the Abashiri Prison Museum, where you’ll step back in time and learn about Hokkaido’s early frontier days.
Continue to the Okhotsk Ryu-hyo Museum, where you can experience the magical world of drift ice and learn about the unique wildlife that thrives in this frozen sea.



After a relaxing lunch break, enjoy the scenic drive toward Shiretoko with a stop at the breathtaking
Oshinkoshin Waterfall — one of Japan’s top 100 waterfalls.
Arrive at your hotel in the evening and unwind in the onsen hot springs or sauna while enjoying a traditional dinner.



As night falls, embark on an exciting Shiretoko Night Safari.
Explore the mysterious wilderness under the stars, where you might encounter Ezo deer, foxes, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 3


Start your day with a scenic Shiretoko Goko Lakes Trekking Tour — a 3 km guided walk through pristine forest trails.
Follow your guide in search of wildlife traces, including brown bear footprints, and enjoy the breathtaking reflection of the Shiretoko mountain range on the calm lake surface.



After a relaxing lunch at a local roadside restaurant, continue your adventure with a Shiretoko Nature Cruise.
Sail along the dramatic coastline to witness steep cliffs, waterfalls, and the diverse wildlife that inhabit this UNESCO World Heritage area.



Return to your hotel in the evening, carrying memories of one of the most spectacular days in Eastern Hokkaido.

Day 4


Begin your day with a stroll through the Ainu Kotan village, where the rich traditions of the Indigenous Ainu people come to life.
Take part in an Ainu cultural experience tour — craft your own mukkuri (a traditional mouth harp), learn how to play it,
and enjoy a guided walk through the serene Ioru Forest while hearing stories of Ainu heritage and harmony with nature.



After lunch, visit the Akan International Crane Center, home to Japan’s iconic red-crowned cranes,
a symbol of longevity and grace. Continue to the Kushiro Marsh Observatory, where sweeping views of Japan’s largest wetland
offer a glimpse of untouched wilderness and unique ecosystems.



Return to your hotel in the evening and savor a delightful Robata-yaki dinner — fresh local seafood and grilled delicacies
prepared over a traditional charcoal hearth. The perfect way to end a day filled with culture, nature, and authentic Hokkaido flavors.
