Variety of Japanese food I normally wouldn't order

Best place visited in this tour: Open air museum
Best experience had in Japan: Going to the train station at night (Kyoto station). Seeing the light s on steps and steel structure. Bullet train, Japanese bath.
Any place went to visit next time: Many, I have to research. Japan is my 1st visit. People very respectful, city clean and safe.
