At Japan Deluxe Tours, we know how important it is to get your vacation off to a seamless and smooth start. In this section, you will find detailed explanations and rules of airport transfers for guests with and without extended stay.
Please review the applicable section of your tour type carefully and contact us if you need further assistance.

Tour Participants without Extended-Stay

Complimentary arrival and departure transfers will be provided between designated airports and hotels on the scheduled starting and ending day of your tour.
*Complimentary airport transfer(s) are unavailable for tour participants who do not book extended services for their tour through Japan Deluxe Tours. You can purchase arrival/departure transfer services from us, or arrange arrival/transfer services on your own.

Arrival Transfer

*If you wish to arrange flights on your own but would like to receive a complementary transfer from the airport to your hotel, you are required to provide us with your flight information 30 Days before your arrival in Japan.

Departure Transfer

We will provide bus services for departure transfers for the ending day of your tour. If your flight is not coordinated with the bus schedule, it will be your responsibility to arrange the necessary airport transfers.

Tour participants with Extended-Stay

Arrival/Departure Transfer

If you choose to extend your stay through Japan Deluxe Tours, you will be eligible to receive complimentary airport transfer services. Please refer to the chart above for more information on Arrival and Departure Transfers.
Airport transfers are only complimentary on the designated tour arrival/departure date to/from the designated airport(s)/hotel as listed in the tour itinerary.
Complimentary airport transfer(s) are unavailable for tour participants who do not book extended services for their tour through Japan Deluxe Tours. You can purchase arrival/departure transfer services from us, or arrange arrival/transfer services on your own.
We can arrange private transfers for Narita, Haneda, Itami, Kansai, and Hiroshima to/from the city's designated airport(s)/hotel(s).

Please Note

Designated Airport/Hotels Only

We will only arrange complimentary transfer services to and/or from your designated airport/hotel as outlined in your itinerary. For all other transfer services to and/or from a non-designated airport or hotel, please contact us for options or arrange transfer services on your own.

Flight Delay

In the event your flight is delayed, please refer to the chart below, or contact us before your flight departs so we can attempt to arrange an alternate transportation.
Japan Deluxe Tours is not liable for any costs incurred due to delay. Please ask your airlines for compensation or arrangement for an airport transfer upon arrival.

Arrival Transfer

Hiroshima Tour Participants

For all tour participants ending their tours in Hiroshima, we will only offer complimentary airport transfer services from your hotel to Hiroshima Airport by either: Airport Limousine Bus or a Shared Shuttle Service. If your tour ends in Hiroshima, please refer to our Hiroshima Airport page or contact us for possible airport transferoptions.

Transfer Services not arranged by Japan Deluxe Tours

Japan Deluxe Tours will not be held liable for third-party transfer services when a tour participant chooses to arrange their own transfer services. Any delays, missed activities, injuries, complications, or any other matters from services not arranged by Japan Deluxe Tours is the responsibility of the tour participant.
