Ms. Hiroko was the absolute best!

Mr.Kondo, our bus driver, was also amazing! His timing was always impeccable and he always did whatever he could to accommodate the group.
Best place visited in this tour: Ghibli Museum
Best experience had in Japan: The Tea Ceremony
Any place went to visit next time: Kyoto's Sagano Bamboo Forest

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Good

All the hotels (in Tokyo and Kyoto) were very close to various shopping centers. Made it easy and more convenient when we had to go out on our own.

Good

There was a variety of western and Japanese style meals. However, there were times additional choices would have been nice.

Excellent

Ms.Hiroko was the absolute best. She is an amazing tour guide and was engaged with all the members of the group at each and every location. She felt more like a dose friend showing us around Japan rather than someone just taking around a large group of tourists. She is genuine, friendly and she really made the experience better!
