Hiro-san and Sugaya-san made my trip worth it

Best place visited in this tour: The whole trip was truly spectacular that I cannot pick one place as the best.
Best experience had in Japan: Being immersed in the Japanese culture / practicing my Japanese, and experience a Ryokan.
Any place went to visit next time: More of Takeshita Dori street or more Harajuku since we had the shortest time there.(15 min)
Both Hiro-san and Sugaya-san made my trip absolutely worth it. I really wish we took this trip earlier, and that I found it earlier! Not only giving us historical facts on the many sites in Japan, I also appreciated the tips and explanations on the various things in Tokyo (such as the red triangles on the windows)! I surely learned a lot on this trip as well (such as Ryogae)! Again, I thank Hiro-san so, so, so mush for not only giving us an extra mini tour in the Kyoto station, but for being our tour guide!! Thank you as well to Sugaya-san for accommodating to our group's many needs and forward to taking this tour again next year, and really hope I get Hiro-san and Sugaya-san again!

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Excellent

We got to experience a variety of hotels, not just a typical hotel, such a true Atami hotel (Ryokan). All were very crean, tidy, all the staff were ppolite, and everything was planned out perfectly.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Excellent

We were not only informed when and where we were going to eat, but we were also given chances to eat at places on our own and not have to eat with the group all the time. It was also very, very helpful when Hiro-san offered her recommendations at restaurants and even where they were located.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

We got Hiro-san as our tour guide! I personally don't think that any other tour guide would have made this trip more fun than Hiro-san. She even took extra time off the scheduled tour in Kyoto, and gave us an extra little tour of the station since it's hard to navigate for foreign tourists.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Excellent

We managed to visit all the planned sights ever with a little schedule changes. Hiro-san did a lot of planning and organizing to make our trip truly memorable, and without Sugaya-san, I don't think we would have made it to some sights. Many thanks to Sugaya-san again for dropping us off when possible, even when conditions were tight.
