Guide was enthusiastic about making sure we were happy!

Best place visited in this tour: Harajuku and Robot Restaurant
Best experience had in Japan: Walking through Geisha district to tea Ceremony
Any place went to visit next time: Go up Tokyo Tower
I think you could maybe get some feedback from customers about what their favorite places were, and you could use that information to determine what places you could allow for more time for your customer to enjoy.
