I had a wonderful, memorable time with my kids. Something we will cherish forever. The tour was a great combination of history, architecture, fun of shopping - everything we wanted in our vacation.

Very Good

Clean, modern and near a lot of places. I wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel. (I was out shopping.)

Excellent

Hiroko was wonderful, very helpful. She went above and beyond to help you. She helped translate things. She was very helpful with train and travel guests. She called ahead to ask hotel about coin laundry.

Excellent

Variety of activities. I enjoyed the hands-on, personal experiences: such as tea ceremony and cup noodle. I enjoyed everything.
