Very Good

Hotel service was good and friendly. Check-ins were smooth. Breakfast was provided every morning.

There was a variety of foods we had the opportunity to try. Arrangements for meals were made for our group ahead of time.

Excellent

Akiko was very friendly, caring, prepared, and very knowledgeable about the culture/sights. She made sure everything was organized and instructions were communicated clearly and that everyone was comfortable and enjoying their experience.

Excellent

There was a variety of nature, city. shrines, historical sights, etc. Some sights were interactive such as the rickshaw ride, feeding deer, etc.
