Hiroko is an excellent guide and a great host

Best place visited in this tour: Tsukiji Market & Monkey Park


Best experience had in Japan: Hot springs at New Atami Akao Resort


Any place went to visit next time: Hokkaido & Sapporo

Know it's hard to provide meals for large groups - Tempura was prepared too early and cold and not hot & crispy.
Hiroko is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and tries to make sure everyone is satisfied with everything. She is a great host and guide.
