Tour was overall well organized and had good flow. Tea ceremony, although interesting, took too long compared to other attractions/sights that we could have need more time at.

All the hotels selected were of high quality in terms of location, room cleanliness, and service.

She was very attentive to everyone including all their personal needs. She was also very thoughtful in suggesting changes to itinerary to accommodate what people wanted to do.

There was a good combination of sights and attractions visited - i.e. Historical, local interests, shopping, etc.
