Very Good

The rooms were nice & clean, had great bathroom amenities, sleepwear, slippers. Free breakfast was great too. I liked that the hotels were near malls so we had options when we had dinner on our own.

Very Good

We experienced having great traditional Japanese food

Excellent

He speaks & understands English. He always informs everyone of the itinerary, designated times to meet, he is prompt, always makes sure no one is left behind.
