An excellent trip for families with teenagers

Best place visited in this tour: Hard to have a best. Each place was unique. Did appreciate the combination of Todaiji Temple and Nara Deer Park.


Best experience had in Japan: Experiencing a ryokan and using hot-springs/ walking through different parts of Tokyo. Bullet train was a great experience.


Any place went to visit next time: Fushimi Inari Shrine to walk the entire route
We thought the balance of traditional sites and pop culture sites was well balanced. An excellent trip for families with teenagers. Kazu was a superb tour guide. We always felt we were in excellent hands. He is a true treasure. Very Thoughtful.

Very Good

Hotels were comfortable, Breakfasts were wonderful, especially at the Kyoto New Miyako

Appreciated experiencing the different styles of meals. All meals were highly organized. They were always ready when we arrived.

Excellent

Kazu always had excellent information about everywhere we visited. It was easy to understand all the information. We very much enjoyed the tea ceremony.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Excellent

Kazu not only showed us the sites on the itinerary but also additional places that added color to the trip, such as side streets in Tokyo we would never have found on our own.
