Arita Porcelain Park is an admission-free porcelain-related theme park in Arita Town of Saga Prefecture. The park recreates a German town with its European style architecture. Its highlight is the Zwinger Palace, a recreation of the actual Zwinger Palace in Germany. The palace in Arita displays various kinds of both European and Arita porcelain. Arita Porcelain Park also has stores selling both kinds of porcelain after sight-seeing on the park grounds. The park also offers a comprehensive workshop area where tourists can try their hand at creating their own porcelain creations.
