Toki Messe

Niigata Toki Messe Convention Center was opened in 2003 in the center of Niigata city. Cconvention center, hotels, and office buildings together are called Toki Messe. The largest exhibition hall in Messe can accomodate up to a thousand people. Also, there are 13 canference rooms, atrium, and hotels. The general complex is a landmark of the city. In a part of the facility, there is a observation deck. The height is about 125m. It is a large panorama of 360 degrees which can see the view of the Niigata city area, the Japan sea, Sado Island, and more.
