Tottori Hanakairo - Flower Park

Tottori Hanakairo Flower Park is one of Japan's largest flower gardens and said to be the largest flower cloister located close to Mt.Daisen in the Tottori Prefecture. The park covers about 50 hectares (123-acre) of land with a great variety of bright flowers. The park's Flower Dome is a large, indoor area with a walkway leading you to the beautiful flowers. This futuristic, 21 meter (69 feet) dome houses various tropical plants, including palm trees and thousands of orchids. The Flower Hillside and Flower Valley also feature various kinds of colorful flowers that cover the fields in array of colors. In fact, the views of Mt. Daisen from the Flower Hill with all the colorful foliage in the background is considered the best spot to enjoy nature at the park. While the park is filled with a wide range of flowers, Tottori Hanakairo Flower Park is most famous for its lovely lilies.
